You can return or exchange any product purchased from rideSFO that is still in saleable condition (has not been worn or washed). If a product that you have purchased from rideSFO proves to be defective, it can be warrantied. Please ensure that all returns, exchanges, and warranties are shipped with a tracking number or delivery confirmation.
To exchange a product that is still in saleable condition, send an email to sales@ridesfo.com that includes your name, your order number, the product you purchased, and the product name and model number you would like to exchange it for. If your desired product is available, we will give you a return address and a confirmation number to include in the package with the product you are exchanging.
If your desired product is not available, we will notify you via email. Do not send a product for exchange back to rideSFO until you have received a confirmation email from us.
You are responsible for the shipping cost of the product you are sending back. It is also your responsibility to pay the cost difference if you choose to exchange a product for one of a higher price. You will also be responsibly for any additional taxes associated with the exchange. We will cover the shipping to send the newly exchanged product to you.
Your exchanged product will be sent to you once your original product arrives at rideSFO.
Please note! If your exchanged product arrives in a condition that is deemed unfit for sale, we will not send you a new product. Should this situation occur, you will be notified of your product's status.
To return a product that is still in saleable condition for a refund of the price you paid for the product, as well as any taxes associated with that product, send an email to sales@ridesfo.com that includes your name, your order number, the product you intend to return. We will give you a return address and confirmation number to include in the package with the product you are returning.
You are responsible for the shipping cost of the product you are sending back. We will not refund the cost of the shipping you paid on your original product order.
The return will be credited to the credit card you used on that particular order.
Please note! If your returned product arrives in a condition that is deemed unfit for sale, we will not administer a refund. Should this situation occur, you will be notified of your product's status.
To warranty any product purchased from rideSFO.com, send an email to sales@ridesfo.com that includes your name, your order number, the product you purchased, and a description of the warranty issue. We will give you a return address and a confirmation number to include in the package with the product you are warrantying.
We will do everything in our power to provide a direct replacement of your warrantied product. However, if we are unable to procure that product, we will replace it with as similar a product as possible. You will be notified of your product's status
You are responsible for the shipping cost of the product you are sending back. We will cover the cost of shipping the replacement product to you.
