Cow Palace Box Office Advance Sale Hours:
Monday through Saturday from 10:00am to 5:00pm Closed on Sunday
General Admission will be $10 per day. $8 pre-sale. $15 2 day pre-sale. Tickets will be available at the Cow Palace Box Office. 12 and under will be FREE!
Driving Directions:
From East Bay:
Take I-80 West. Continue onto 101 South. Take exit toward Third Street. Merge onto Bayshore Blvd. Turn right at Geneva Ave.
From South Bay:
Take 101 North toward San Francisco. Take Exit 426A toward Brisbane. Merge onto Bayshore Blvd. Turn Left at Geneva Ave.
From North Bay:
Take 101 South. Cross the Golden Gate Bridge. Take State Highway 1 South. Exit Brotherhood Way East. Take slight left onto Alemany Blvd. Turn right at Geneva.
Riding or Public Transit Directions
From Balboa BART Station:
Head east on Geneva toward Mission. Continue east past Mission, venue will be on the right side. For MUNI riders, take the #15 MUNI bus to the Cow Palace bus stop at Santos Street. Venue is approximately 1.8 miles from the Balboa BART Station.
From Bayshore CalTrain Station::
Head north on Tunnel Ave toward Visitacion Ave. Turn left at Blanken Ave. Turn left at Bayshore Blvd. Turn right at Geneva. Venue will be on the left side. Venue is approximately 1.4 miles from the Bayshore CalTrain Station.
Cow Palace Information
Concessions will be provided by the Cow Palace. No food or beverages may be brought into the venue.
ATMs conveniently located at the venue.
Free wireless internet will be available in both halls. Phone lines only available upon request.
Parking per vehicle is $10 per day. This the standard rate set by the Cow Palace. Please try to carpool.
Secure bicycle parking and valet provided by the San Francisco Bicycle Coalition.
Pets not allowed inside the venue.

Vendor Information
The floor plan has been posted. Red numbers indicate confirmed booths. Click HERE! Each box is a 10 x 10. The red numbers indicated reserved spots for shows and demos. The Vendors and Bike shops will be in the South Hall. The Swappers will be in the North Hall. The floor plan is subjected to minor changes.
Booth registration deadline is Wednesday, November 26th @ 1 PM PST
Vendor set up will be from 7:00 AM until 9:45 AM both Saturday and Sunday morning.
Pop-up tents will only be allowed if the canopy is fire retardant, otherwise the frame may be used without the canopy top in place, by order of the fire marshal.

We are not responsible for your goods, but both halls will be locked down and secured with a guard overnight. The halls will reopen the next day at 7am. We suggest you secure your booth, with a tarp for example.
Each vendor is responsible for collecting all appropriate sales taxes.
Vendors must register in the proper class. Vendors who register in the wrong class will be required to pay the additional cost.
Vendor booth registration deadline is Tuesday, November 25th.
